The expedition of My Camera... From nature to abstracts.. The pictures that speak hundred words in the silence. They are the Talking Pictures..."A photograph is a secret about a secret. The more it tells you the less you know." said Diane Arbus.I also believe so. This nature freaked girl grew up with the sole idea of coloring the nature in her canvas so many times... But painting them wasn't that easy either .. and so I decided to freeze them by my camera.

Aadha hai chandrama ....!
"Aadha hai chandrama raat aadhi
Reh na jaye teri meri baat aadhi, mulaqat aadhi"
I am neither that romantic nor so lyrical,a girl or lady whatever u can say... When it comes to music and esp. Hindi old classyz... I am just mystified and adored by the muzik and the lyrics .. Not a single note can be left without listening and so is this piece from the Old Gold "NAVRANG".....
I, honestly confess that "Nothing other than this came to my mind when I was posting
this selected picture for today's post.. Just sat down and thinking how music makes a difference in life
Thought of the Day: "Beauty lies in the Eyes of the Beholder; while Music inthe Ears of the Listener."

"Oh gorgeous Lady, I'm falling for your beauty"
I hate insects as I love butterflies... But this ladybug is something which is interesting in itself and so I have a fascination towards it. This cruel witchy heart of mine never kills them nor molests them nor mutilates them... I am doubt a ladybug lover..
Oh you gorgeous lady..
I'm falling for your beauty.
Oh Dear Lady.
You are so sexy
And gorgeous is your color..
I adore that Red colored overcoat
With black polka dots on them!!
Oh you gorgeous lady..
I'm falling in love with your beauty.!!

Valentine's Day
I lost and then I found and again I lost him somewhere. It was two different individuals.
And then I remember the only truth, that keeps ringing now and then- "Love isn't a decision. Its a feeling. If we could decide who we loved, it would have been so simpler, but far less magical..."
We all feel the love around, just need to express... a small peck on check, a lovely card, a hug, a chicky sms, a lovely bouquet of flowers, a special precious unique gift, that makes your loved one feel special about himself/herself... That you care for, you think about him/her, you love her... and she/he is the one....
Current Mood: Felt good about you, my love Chai

Ek Danta Mahakaya..
This shot of EkDanta was taken @ River Kabini's Elephant Breeding Center.
Thought of the Day: "To attain SUCCESS, begin with little EFFORTS that add on to make a BIG difference in the life."
If the biggest land animal can be a social creature, protecting its home range, its family and its land, why can we do so rather than creating mess and problems for others. I think man is the only creature who can be constructive and destructive to the last possible extent if he wants.

Happy Birding Times Continues...
As the title of today's post suggests-"Happy Birding Times Continues..."
I never saw a Eurasian Oriole( Haldi Basant, as in Hindi or regional languages), though I had heard from mom so many times during the end of winter and in spring as they are well spotted until three years back when TAYA showed me in PU campus. That fine morning, when I went for a walk and met Taya on her way back from work out, I found her stopped by a huge Madhuca tree and was trying hard to shot this awesome beautiful bird.
Then only I realized, what a ORIOLE is.
Small Note on Breeding pattern: Mostly monogamous,Nesting season is from April to July. Its nest a is beautifully woven deep cup of grass and basked fibres bound with cobweb, suspended hammock wise in four of leafy twig 4-10m up. Its eggs are white in color and spotted with black or reddish brown.Further Details can be found @ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oriolidae
Thought of the Day: "LIVE in a way that is full of LIFE."
Current Mood: thoughtful.

A Perfect Yawn
Thought of the Day-
"Put these three ingredients for a GOOD Life, The Recipe for the Soul Curry: Learning, earning and enjoying what you do !"
Today is a extremely lazy day.. I am in office and am feeling so sleepy and loose from the brains. I would, honestly want to call now as EOD and run home where I would want to get inside my bed and have a nap, a cozy and mussy-mussy one, covered by the blanket. That's why from my collections of shots, I felt to post this one as the Pick of the Day.I am jealous of these kittens(now full grown cats) as I want to take a cozy, sunny nap.
Current Mood: Lazy n Sleepy (in front of computer, in office)

My Yummy Lunch
"What is food to one, is to others bitter poison", Said Lucretius.
But There is a contradiction to it also.
"There ain't no such thing as wrong food."- Quoted Sean Stewart, Perfect Circle, 2004.
Better we all know whats the truth. We all live to eat and eat to live. They aren't separate I guess. Each one has to struggle for his/her/its share of the energy source and that is what we do, every co-creature of ours do too.
Mommy always kept saying the story of the sleeping lion who couldn't catch the deer as prey. I realized that we all have to spend energy and our efforts to get our lunch. I always remembered this story of Panchatantra and its ever-resonating saying-
"Udyamen Hi Sidhyanti, Karyanina Manorathei,
Nahi Suptashya Simhashya Pravisanti Mukhe Murgaha..!!"
I spotted this bird busy in my garden's grassy patch, trying something out and then with a keen ecologist/ naturalist eye, I could get the hint.. So ran with my two legs in air inside the house, opened my airbag, held it tight in hands, dashed out of the house, leaned on the hedge of Durantas and gave a chance for my dearest fren "My Camera" to show its Jalwa(of course my proficiency and efficiency)....
And there lies the final output.
"One of my favorite shots".
Current Mood: Hunger pangs running in my stomach( will have my lunch).

Pelican Hunt...
"Its time for some good huntings, owner." Said my Camera. I also realized that I haven't done some really great captures of Nature and thanks to Chaitra for the weekend trip plan for a lovely, so Eco-friendly Bird watching site.
My visit to the near by village Kokkare Bellur, some three hours bus journey from Bangalore, on the way to Mysore, was enthralling as I was really excited like a kid as to know how a pelican looks like and how a painted stork. Well finally I saw them in groups of thousands. A community-based project has sprung up around the breeding site at Kokkare Bellur in India. The Mysore Amateur Naturalists (MAN) was established in order to protect the pelicans that breed in the area and concentrates on the involvement and education of local communities, who historically have close ties with these birds. I realised Mankind still persists....
I kept clicking till I completed both my SD cards.. Ha,,ha... Crazy photographer.
Current Mood: Want a break and be into wild.

A Prefect Bite
To be honest, this dearest friend of mine is a pain at times esp during morning as his wife remains confused about his morning breakfast. But that day, unfortunately he loved the morning breakfast... Seems he actually loved the burger made by his dear wife, well she isn't that bad a cook... I suggest she should open a Resturant of Indian food as well as all pizza, burger stuffs in Ireland or some dreamy European country of hers.
Thought of the Day: "The VALUE of life is best measured by moments SPENT with happiness."
Current mood: Missing good times,Funny feeling... :P
